Listen as we dissect what it means to be happy. We explore how do to respond to clients in their search for happiness, and how do you define happiness for yourself.

Dive in as we think about what we would need to feel happiness and joy while also feeling centered and grounded.

Feeling joyful is a natural state of being for us. We just have to find ways to make conscious decisions to feel it. So get up and do things that make you feel joy.
